OpenWengo - a Skype-killer?

Ever since Skype went and tricked Ebay into coughing up multiple billions for a seriously over-valued company, I've been looking for something to take Skype's place. That and the fact that Skype's software is closed and proprietary made me a bit worried for the future.

OpenWengo has released their Firefox extension which lets you have your OpenWengo IP phone inside Firefox. Once installed you get a sidebar with the phone interface. I tried phoning home and it worked like a charm.
